We want to ensure complete transparency regarding our billing practices. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. SEO Layers provides a free plan and a free trial to allow you to fully evaluate our services before committing financially.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because we offer a free tier and a 30-day free trial on our monthly plan for users to thoroughly evaluate the SEO Layers extension prior to purchase, all subscription sales, activation key purchases, and lifetime plan purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods, or for unused device slots.

3. Free Trial and Cancellations

Free Trial

The Monthly Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial. During this period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will apply. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the regular rate after the trial ends.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic charges but does not trigger a refund. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You can cancel easily via the Extension's Plans tab or Profile page.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event of a proven technical error resulting in a duplicate charge for the exact same billing period. If you believe you were charged twice in error, please contact us immediately at the email below.
