• Analyzing SEO elements of webpages you own or have permission to audit
• Generating SEO reports for personal or professional use
• Using AI-powered insights for content optimization
• Monitoring Core Web Vitals and site performance
• Creating page notes and annotations for workflow management
• Sharing activation keys within the allowed device slots

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Extension or Services to:

3.1 Technical Abuse

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Extension's source code
• Circumvent or disable any security, licensing, or subscription verification mechanisms
• Create derivative works based on the Extension
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Extension or APIs
• Attempt to access our servers, APIs, or databases without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Extension, Services, or server infrastructure

3.2 Key and Subscription Abuse

• Share, sell, or distribute activation keys beyond the allowed device slots
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials or free plan limits
• Use stolen payment methods to purchase subscriptions
• Exploit refund processes fraudulently
• Manipulate referral systems for financial gain

3.3 Content and Legal Violations

• Use the Extension to facilitate any illegal activity
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute website content in violation of copyright laws
• Use the Extension to stalk, harass, or gather personal information about individuals
• Attempt to use the Extension for competitive intelligence gathering in violation of agreements
• Violate the terms of service of any website you analyze

3.4 Data Misuse

• Collect or store personal data obtained through the Extension for purposes unrelated to SEO analysis
• Share or sell SEO audit data containing personally identifiable information of third parties
• Use Google Search Console data obtained through the Extension for purposes beyond personal SEO analysis

4. API Rate Limits

Our backend APIs have rate limits to ensure fair use. Excessive API calls may result in temporary throttling. Persistent abuse may lead to account suspension.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

1. Warning: First-time minor violations will receive a warning via email.
2. Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may lead to temporary suspension (24-72 hours).
3. Account Termination: Severe or persistent violations will result in permanent account termination without refund.
4. Legal Action: In cases of fraud, data theft, or illegal activity, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
